Citing this act as the “Freedom of Conscience in the Workplace Act”; specifying an employment policy of this state relating to a person’s sex; providing applicability; prohibiting employees and contractors of certain employers from being required to use certain pronouns or requiring such employer to use a pronoun that does not correspond to the employee’s or contractor’s sex; providing that it is an unlawful employment practice for the state or any county, municipality, special district, or other political subdivision to require certain training, instruction, or activity as a condition of employment, etc.

Repealing provisions relating to the definitions, purpose, licensing requirements, applications, proof of financial responsibility requirements, license issuance and discipline provisions, publication of notice of intention to operate requirements, required contents of the notice of intention, publication of the notice of intention requirements, proof of publication requirements, record and reports of operations requirements, provision of emergency licenses, and suspension or revocation of licenses, respectively, of the weather modification law; prohibiting certain acts intended to affect the temperature, the weather, or the intensity of sunlight within the atmosphere of this state, etc.

Please CALL, EMAIL, AND TWEET aka “X” the following Republican members of the Senate Appropriations Committee on Agriculture, Environment, & General Government and let them know you that you fully support SB 56, which BANS weather modification activities that are polluting our environment.  Making our environment safe for Floridians benefits everyone!  Please VOTE YES on SB 56.  Be sure to thank them as well.

Requiring the Department of Health to develop a voluntary nonopioid advance directive form for a specified purpose and make the form available on its website; authorizing a patient to revoke the form for any reason, verbally or in writing; providing health care providers with immunity from civil and criminal liability for failing to act in accordance with an advance directive under certain circumstances.

Please Call, Email, and “X” all Republicans who sit on the Florida State Senate Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services and let them know you STRONGLY OPPOSE SB 714.  Let them know that it is unsafe for both patients and doctors and encourage them to VOTE NO ON SB 714
