OCCRA Leadership

The OCCRA is led by a Board of Directors. Each person serves a different capacity. The Board members are volunteers.

There are also opportunities to serve as a Committee Chair. We are looking for action-oriented people who can serve on:

“Citizen” Tom Lord – President

Tom was the founding Vice President of this chapter and now serves as President. Tom has been active within conservative politics for many years and worked on several political campaigns. Tom is the leader of the chapter and provides the direction for the chapter and its members..

Lacey Powell – Vice President

Conservative Patriot and mother of two patriots, Lacey dedicates her time to conservative causes and volunteers within patriot groups. Lacey acts as President in the absence of the President and second in chapter leadership.

Leslie Gray – Secretary

Leslie Gray is the Secretary of the Board. She is an action-driven advocate for the organization, and a former J6 prisoner under the Biden Administration. She keeps the records and documents, and assists with many of the activities the FRA hosts and plans.

Susan Moncada – Treasurer

Susan is a local patriot that has volunteered for many years for conservative causes and worked on conservative campaigns. Susan handles the finances of the chapter, and also keeps track of membership and sponsorship.

Angelica McKinney, Founder

Angelica is the founder of the Osceola County Chapter. As a successful businesswoman, Angelica brought leadership, energy and vision to the OCCRA.
